It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend warm greetings to each of you as we anticipate the upcoming Indian Ice Cream Congress & Expo (IICE) 2025, in collaboration with AIM Events. The event is set to take place at hall no 1, Yashobhoomi ,India International Convention and Expo center Sector-25 Dwarka (NEW DELHI)from October 6th to 8th, 2025.

As we approach this significant gathering, I am thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead for all participants. IICE has consistently served as a guiding beacon for global ice cream business aspirants, fostering connections between potential suppliers and customers, and providing innovative ice cream makers with the comprehensive business solutions they seek.

*The ice cream industry has showcased remarkable resilience, experiencing a notable 15% growth. The Indian ice cream sector, with a specific focus on automation, is on the brink of continued expansion. The upcoming edition is poised to attract 200 global exhibitors and 20,000 attendees, solidifying its status as a major industry event.*

Our event boasts the support of major stakeholders such as Vadilal, Havmor, Kwaity Walls, Cream Bell, Dinshaw’s, Top N; Top, Arun Ice Cream, Pastonji Ice Cream, and more. These key players contribute significantly to making IICE a transformative platform for ice cream manufacturers to modernize practices and explore the latest technologies.

IICE with an aim to provide maximum service to its client is laddering growth by 100 per cent year-on-year. The show includes all activities which lead ice cream industries as well as manufacturers to their peak. Companies providing freezing and handling machines, packaging machines and materials, equipment and component suppliers, cone manufacturers, food ingredients companies, cold chain companies especially cold rooms and deep freezers, consultancy services, traders and stockiest, raw material suppliers, milk powder and chocolate suppliers, ice cream brands looking for expansions participate as exhibitors in this show..

In my capacity as the President of the Indian Ice Cream Manufacturer’s Association (IICMA) and the Managing Director of Sri Srinivasa Dairy Products Pvt Ltd (Scoops Ice Cream), I foresee an exhibition that is destined to rise and establish itself as the largest on the global stage in the forthcoming years.
